Co-developed with my wife Juliet on the island of Oahu, the CocoPog
has all the tropical goodness of those $7 blended drinks, but with
twice the alcohol. The main joy of the CocoPOG, however is its
simplicity and portability. The CocoPOG is the ideal beverage for
those 'emergency tropical drink' moments:
+ 3 parts POG (Passionfruit-Orange-Guava juice)
+ 1 part Malibu coconut flavored rum
Combine ingredients over ice in a highball or old fashioned glass or whatever
glass you have handy. Vary proportions according to taste and
proclivity towards drunkeness. The CocoPOG is a very forgiving
drink. Garnish with something tropical.
